This Privacy Policy explains how Flatformer ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Flatformer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information you provide directly. The app operates primarily offline and does not require an account or login.

We use the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Unity Ads — used to serve rewarded video ads. Unity may collect device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Android Advertising ID), IP address, and usage data to deliver relevant ads. See Unity Privacy Policy.
• Unity IAP (In-App Purchasing) — processes transactions through the Google Play Store. We never see or store payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to purchases.
• Unity Analytics — collects anonymized usage statistics (session length, level completion, crash reports) to help us improve the game. No personally identifiable information is collected.

How We Use Information

Information collected by third-party services is used for:

• Delivering and personalizing advertisements
• Analyzing app usage and performance
• Processing in-app purchases
• Compliance with legal obligations

Data Retention

We retain local gameplay data (level progress, settings) on your device in local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time via the app settings or by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

Flatformer is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal data
• Opt out of targeted advertising (via device settings: Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android)

Terms of Service

By downloading or using Flatformer ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., removing ads, cosmetic items). All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are final. Refunds are handled by Google according to their policies.

3. Advertisements

The App may display rewarded video ads provided by Unity Ads. You may choose to watch these ads to receive in-game benefits. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchase systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and audio in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or financial loss.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.

Ads.txt

Authorized Digital Sellers

This is the ads.txt file for Flatformer. It lists the authorized ad sellers for the App, as required by the Authorized Digital Sellers (ads.txt) initiative by the IAB.

Your actual AdMob publisher ID is configured. You can manage this in your AdMob account under Settings → Account information.

What is ads.txt?

Ads.txt (Authorized Digital Sellers) is an IAB initiative to increase transparency in programmatic advertising. By publishing this file, we declare which ad sellers are authorized to sell ad inventory for our app.

How to use this file

For Google Play Store:

1. Create a file named ads.txt with the content shown above
2. Upload it to the root of your developer website (the domain you use in the Google Play store listing)
3. Alternatively, add it as a section in the app's "Store Listing" page on Google Play Console (under "App content" → "Ads")
